File Preparation

We request that the following guidelines be followed for printing success:

• Type of File
  PDF press quality, (Single Pages not Spreads), Corel Draw v13 Files, Adobe Creative Suite 3.
• Bleed
  1/8″ extending all the way around the finished size (page size) required.
• Page Size
  Need the page size to be the correct size. If you require 8.5 x 11 make file 8.5 x 11.
  note: this does not include the bleed.
• Separations
  Check to make sure that your Separations are Correct.
• Colour Palettes (Pantone)
  Use one palette for all of your pantone colours. i.e. coated or uncoated.
• CMYK
  not RGB!
• Resolution
  We request that you supply 300 dpi at size being printed for quality printing.
• Fonts
  Embedded or converted to outlines (PDF), or send all font files used.
